Has anyone else had a problem switching their BB from something to a 7250, or other 4.0 OS, and had to completely remove themselves from the BES? At first I thought it was just me, then I had to set up two other users and the exact same thing happened. It didn't recognize the new PIN, so I had to remove the profile, synch the BB, then re-import the user in to the BES. Anyone have similar problems?

when switching devices, you have to reactivate the new device, even if it has the old sim card yes.
