Default Case Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
I have a pearl from tmobile. When I got the phone I also bought the OEM blackberry leather case. I've loved it, but unfortunately, as I was getting into my car today it somehow broke. It's only been 5 months since I got it. Is there any way I can convince RIM/blackberry to send me a new one. I dunno if there's a warranty or not. The following is link to the type of case.....

haha.. that's a bad advice evilberry... that's evil.

khalid3, where did you purchase your OEM BlackBerry Leather Case? It should have a 1 year warranty. Contact the place where you got it from and have them replace it.

ehh... each one blames it on the other. I called RIM and they said that wireless toys would take care of it, and wireless toyz said that RIM should take care of it....who should i argue with?

i replied on your other thread about the 'spot' on your lcd. does the magnetic closure on the case match up to the lcd spot when your pearl is in the holster?
