Default Can you install application wihtout software / OTA

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
Our IT guys at work are blocking us from downloading any application over the air and of course we don't have the desktop software to sync (only OTA syncing).
Is there a way to download some of the apps and put it on the memory card and then be able to run it?

I appreciate any help you can give on this.

Thanks in advance.

If you are blocked by an IT Policy and this is a company owned and paid for device, I would think twice before trying to circumvent your company policies. Those restrictions are put there for a reason, even if you think they are stupid rules. Violation could be grounds for dismissal.

Wirelessly posted (8320 Titanium)

I have been sucessful in loading .jad files from a memory card. For whatever OTA program or game you are trying to get, go to the link from your computer, download the file, copy it to your memory card, then go to media, menu button, explore, and open the file from there...it should install...but your IT policy might block it, might not, if not, I would still be wary of Dubdub's advice. There's nothing yet that I've found for my BB that I would trade getting fired for!!!
