We have a BB4 Server, which is connected to our corporate email system Novell GroupWise 6.5 SP3

The Lookup answers always "No matches" when we try to find someone from our Corporate Addressbook.

Any ideas?

There is currently an SDR relating to this issue. It is a known issue with the address book. Are you a beta partner? If so, you should have the information on where to send your logs and report this problem. I know RIM has been trying to track down other beta partners with this problem.
