Default 8520 Coming to T-Mobile UK Oct 09

Please Login to Remove!

Just found out this:
https://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/comi...e-8520/detail/

Well the 8520 will be coming to T-Mobile UK in October 09.

Now, I was hoping that we would get a trackpad device, though the specs aren't as good as my Bold.
Lets hope theres a trackpad BB coming to T-mobile UK next year (Jun ish) that has the same/better specs than the Bold.

And hopefully not the awful "rubber" style keys on the side like the new models seem to bear. I find that looks cheap compared to those like on the Bold.

But anyway, T-mobile UK customers, rejoice! Trackpad is here.

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Rumors have it that Tmobile US will be getting the BlackBerry Onyx/9700 Bold by year's end(?). hopefully it'll also make its way to the UK. this should be a non-compromised device complete with 3G, wifi, uma, and trackpad.

But here's what I dont get.
The Bold 9000 wont work on T-mobile for 3G, because the frequencies are different (than At&t) right.
Well if the 9700 has 3G for t-mobile it will have its 3G frequencies.
Which are also different than t-mobile uk's.

So, is it likely that t-mobile uk will get the 9700?

Huh I didn't know Tmobile's 3G frequencies in the US were different from the ones in the UK. That's not very smart.

WEll as far as I am aware they are.
T-mobile UK sells the bold and its 3G.
T-mobile US don't sell the bold because its 3G.
