Default System information disappeared

Please Login to Remove!

It always on the top line when pressing menu key twice but now disappeared. I don't know what I've done during custom install some applications. I've tried to wipe my bold using JL_CMDER and re-install the OS but no help. Can anyone help, please?

I don't understand what you are asking or what is missing?

When we press the menu key, we open the menu. Press the menu key again, there's a popup menu showing "move, move to folder, options, add folder, switch application.....". The "system information" was always on the top of the popup menu but after I installed some applications, it's disappeared. Now, I must go to options>about to see OS version and go to option>status for information of signal/battery/memory/pin/wlan mac, etc. I can read these info easily before by clicking the menu key twice. I'm not a native English speaker, sorry for making the question not clearly.

I am running 4.6 OS on my 9000 and I do not see the "system information" you are refering to. Maybe you had some other 3rd party app that did that???

I concur that it was likely a 3rd party app adding that menu item, and not the OS.

I found it from all of BBs selling by my carrier. I'll check other carriers if their BBs are as same as mine. Thank you for response my post, cheers!
