I tried to perform a search on my issue but couldn't find any relevant responses...

I've setup Profiles for "Family" such that if I have my phone using the "Phone Only" profile, I would get special alerting assigned to "Family". Although this has worked well, it doesn't work with BB Messenger alerts. It appears to use the "Phone Only" profile which which is setup to mute the alerts. The "Family" profile for BB Messenger alerts are on but I don't get alerted.

What could I be doing wrong that I'm not getting BB Messenger alerts for my setup? As mentioned, everything else appears to work as intended.

Are the PINs for each person in your contacts/address book? Did you create an profile exception for each person to use the Family profile?

Whoa, that was super quick!!!

I've assigned multiple contacts to the same "Family" profile (wife, kid, mom, etc.). The only person assigned to the "Family" profile with a BB in that list is my wife and I have her PIN saved with her contact info.

To answer your question directly, I created one profile exception (Family) and assigned multiple contacts to it.
