We are looking at support users from our office in Canada. We are on Notes 6.5 but in a different domain than the Canada office. From reading the admin guide, it looks like all we need to do is implement a cross certificate so that our BES can see their mail server and the NAB.

If anyone has done this, could you please provide some of the details since I don't know where to start.

Works with no problem, make sure that BES has the right to read the domain address book, not a bad thing to do is a consolidated address book which you link in your directory assistance that way a search will find both domains...
