Default Delete themes under modules...

Please Login to Remove!

Question for all you guys out there. I installed the newest 7130e OS on my bb, Verizon branded, and it installs a ton of themes. Only problem is, you cant delete them using the desktop manager. Jibi said you can just delete the modules, under applications, but the modules are not labled by theme. Any idea how I know which ones to delete, if theres a few I want to keep?? Thanks!

Short of figuring out the naming convention on all of these, I would delete all of them and readd the few I wanted.

Thanks KonTiki. Now, if I wanted to say readd just the dimention themes (zen and icon), the verizon theme (since its a verizon 7130e) and the other standard themes, how can I go about doing that? The themes I want to get rid of are all the provider themes (rogers, bell, o2, cingular, ect..)

I'm not sure where exactly I said that you would be able to delete the modules - guess my mind is going out - but you won't be able to do that, as they are 'required' modules (as they were installed with the core applications). You can delete custom themes downloaded and installed through that method though.

As for the naming scheme of the themes as associated to their carrier:

T-Mobile US - 100
Cingular - 102
Verizon - 105
Rogers - 107
Bell Mobility - 109
Orange France - 119
Vodafone - 120
O2 - 125

That should cover them all. If you want to remove them, then simply go to the Installation Directory then the Java directory and move the appropriate .cod file from there to another directory (cut/paste them to the Installation Directory). Once you've done that, open up Desktop Manager and then Application Loader and click Next until it shows you which modules it will be removing.
