Exclamation 8700c or 8700r OEM or Aftermarket Replacement Housings ??

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know where to get OEM or Aftermarket replacement housings for the 8700?

If someone made high quality blackberry replacement housings in a black metal matte, or a gun metal grey they'd make a killing.

OEM replacements will not be available for another 6 months or so. If you use the search button, you would have known.

No kidding. A little search would have turned up about 10 threads one with a Pro Mobility status. You will likely only see the carrier specific replacment faceplates. From what I have seen no two 8700s have been a like so an 8700c case would not fit an 8700r.

Easy guys...Lets try not to bash new users too much. Just provide them with a link and let them know of our friendly search feature. We want to welcome new members, not scare them off.

A friend of mine opened up his 7290 and painted it blood red. Looks amazing. Voids the warrenty though, wouldn't suggest it. As for 8700 cases, I'm waiting until my 1 year standard warrenty is done. My extended warrenty continues for 3 years, and isn't voided by face plates.
