I have some users who have the new camera device's from blackberry (Pearl).

Some of them cannot send their pricture's using MMS.

In my IT-Policy profile I have set the "Disable MMS" option to "False"

Some users still see:

Options > Advanced Options > Service Book > WAP MMS Transport [WAP] Disallowed


The Record Type option needs to be changed from "Disallowed" to "Active".
How do I do that? THX

Just found the answer myself:

In IT Policy under "Service Exclusivity Group" I had to set the "allow other message service" to true..
