I too had difficulty with Impact Wireless when ordering my Logitech headset.

It took many calls and emails....throughout which many promises from Chris were broken.

Chris is a nice enough guy when you deal with him; he's just terrible at following through on his word.

Eventually he made good and I received my headset. However, I wasn't pleased with my experience.

I was originally going to purchase my flamingo from them but I found someone in the U.S. that sold them.... for cheaper. I'm now glad I did.

I made a purchase online at like Midnight Monday, and got it in my hands like Thursday Afternoon...amazing service going from the West Coast to the East Coast.
And the product works extremely well...

Despite my experience, I would use Impact again. I think he's just experiencing some growing pains.

He's not all bad--just sometimes you can run into trouble. And the selection of product is good. I'm glad that you had a good experience...

It would appear thet there are two sides to every story, wouldn't there.

Chris seems to be running an expanding business, and having some teething problems.

John would appear to not read terms and conditions properly, then decide to tell only part of the story.

I'm in Australia, so theres little chance of me ordering, so it doesn't bother me either way.

Thats my $0.02 worth, anyway,
