I understood completely what the point was. I was responding to the above poster's question.

So, as long as I use my Storm on T-Mobile, which is my intention anyways, I need not worry about GPS with Google Maps, Amaze, or whatever else...right?

I have not been able to use my Storm yet...I've been waiting on Horizon since last week (not sure what's going on) but GPS is one of my top concerns.

That would have been nice. I made choice based on all of the recommendation I see here for their service. This is pretty darned slow!

I have been using my 8820 and 8800 because the company that was supposed to send my Bold's new screen has not done so and then I can't use my Storm because of this company...maybe it is a fluke or they are having a problem. I wish I could get some info :/ but I'll try to continue being patient.
