I am using Vodafone package 4.1.0.211, which includes all of them, including both O2 themes, and definitely would be why mine worked and yours didn't.

seattle, it appears the Vodafone 8700v handheld software has the O2 themes, if you want to download that. Just be sure to remove the Vendor.xml file prior to installing the new OS.

Where is downloadable from? And what does the Vendor.xml file do - prevent it from being used on other vendors?

Also, vendor.xml is created by your device to indicate who your device is branded by, and must be deleted to load other carrier's code on it. Easiest thing to do is to search for it in Windows and then delete it.
