tirsch,

Thanks for the great app!

I haven't installed as of yet; I am requesting an updated link to the newest version. (Don't know if the links throughout the thread are current)

Thanks!

This link is always updated with the latest version. Just redownload if there's a new version released.

It looks like the person who put out BBToday and BBSpellCheck might be coming out with BBReply to do this same function. I was looking thru BBTools SourceForge CVS and I see a project being worked on.

I hope to see it soon. It seems everything this goup does is high quality.

Strange ... when I do not put any reply-to address it defaults to the one that WAS in BWC not the blackberry one. Why is that?
Delete then resend your service book, then it should work.

Yes it is! In fact, I liked it's setup and function better than PocketDay's, and now use BBReply and BBLight. The reply-to and light-upon-unholstering features were all I used anyway.

They're both great programs.

Do you have more than one email account for your Web Client? If so then this is for you. It's an email extension that let's you set the Reply-To address so when someone gets an email and replies, it can go to any address you want.

Here's how it works. This proram, once installed, will place a new item on the Compose or Edit Email menu called Reply-To Address. For this test version, type in the mail address and friendly name to use and go. That's it.

Nice and simple.

When integrated with PocketDay, you will able to setup 10 different reply-to addresses and quickly select one to use.

Check it out...

Mark

tirsch,

I absolutely love the Reply-To program, it is truly important! I do have one small suggestion; however.

It would be nice to have Reply-To Addresses you have entered to show up as a drop-down in the "Reply-To Address" field.

I have 4 different accounts set up - all of which I send E-mails through - and it gets very redundant to change the name and / or address each time.

Could this be something that would be possible to implement?

Toddzilla,

The Reply-to program is much more robust inside PocketDay. From there, you can have individual entries on the menu for each account. There's no way to get a dropdown.

Default work with BES?

Do either of these (this app or bbreply) work with both BES and BWC? I get mail from both . . . and I want to be able to alter the reply address from the personal email accounts that I use with BWC.

IndyBB,

PocketDay Reply-To works with both BES and BWC. You can only change the reply-to on the BWC anyway. To make it work you must have the reply-to field blank on the BWC settings in your profile on the web.

Is the Reply to Address a drop down OR do you have to type it in each time?

Thumbs up

This 3rd party app problem is a real pain. My Blackberry seems to have a problem with 3rd party apps. They very rarely work correctly. I know I can't expect perfection for something that is basically free. However, why doesn't BBtoday remember its weather settings for very long, or why doesn't Wtoday accept any of them?

Thank you,

Has anyone been able to get this app to work since the TMO changes?
