Heya everyone!

I recently received a 2.5mm to 3.5mm Stereo Headset Adapter so that I can plug in 3.5mm stuff into my 2.5mm port on my Pearl 8100. It works with a headset, but my main reason for getting it was to be able to use it on an actual radio stereo, or normal computer speakers. However, when I try that, I only get sound on the left side, not the right side.

Also, the adapter came directly from Blackberry.

EDIT: The back of the package says its 3.5 - 2.5, but either way, it's the one I needed.

I think it's the other way around. The BlackBerry has the 3.5 mm port. Most other devices are 2.5 mm.

Try pulling the 3.5mm plug out slightly. Sometimes they don't mate perfectly.
