Hello,

I manage a 300 BB users fleet and more and more clever guys are using their BB sim card into a personal iphone.
for some cases we can "easily" detect it (last contact time on the server or grow up of the bill )

I would like to know if some of you are facing the same problem and how do you deal with it ?
- Is there existing options on the BES to receive alerts after a "last contact time" superior to x days ?
- Is it possible to block this on the provider level ? (Orange told me it's not possible)
- other idea ?
