I just opened it and clicked around and was already impressed by the improvements over the one I was using before in compatibility mode. This is easily my favorite thing that I've downloaded to my phone so far. I look forward to testing it out for real tomorrow.

Have you played with the "cover flow" feature yet?
How long does it take to download this app? Reason I ask is that I followed directions and screen shows Loading Slacker Radio, Please wait. It shows bar graph of download, but this bar doesn't appear to be moving and it has been over an hour since i started the download. Should I cancel and try again?
Works great. I havent ever used Pandora, how does Slacker compare to that app? I guess it doesnt matter, Slacker is free and that's good enough for me.

I had that problem the first time I tried and it's because my browser was set to Firefox instead of Blackberry.

I am really, really enjoying this app. Thanks for bringing it to my attention! I'm curious to see how it affects battery life. Apparently the station caching is specific to Blackberry and is supposed to help prevent battery draining. We'll see. Have any of you left it playing for a long time? If so, how was your battery after?
