Default Two Media Net Browsers and one Internet Browser

Please Login to Remove!

and no Blackberry Browser

I just switched from a Blackberry Pearl and after everything was setup I noticed when I go to Menu Options General Options I see I have Two Media Net Browsers and one Internet Browser. This is not normal. I only noticed this because I was trying to load a page on CNN.com and it said the requested entity was to large. When that happened on my pearl or my 8700 I switched from the Blackberry Browser to the Internet Browser but since I'm already on the internet Browser when I received the error I have no idea what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excuse the typing just getting used to the keyboard.

What BlackBerry are you using now? In the beginning you wrote, "I just switched from a BlackBerry Pearl..." but I didn't see which device you switched to.

Which OS are you using? I briefly owned a Curve (before I went back to the Pearl) and when I loaded another carrier's OS (I think it was vodafone) onto my at&T pearl, I got both an at&t media net browser and the other carrier's browser. This didn't seem to cause any problems -- but I only used the curve for about a day before I returned it.

You might want to log in to the BIS service account and resend the service books. It is strange that you don't have the BlackBerry browser.

In addition since I can't access certain pages from the internet browser (requested entity to large) what options do I have. As stated above I use to be able to switch between the blackberry browser to the internet browser.

Have you tried to re-install the OS?

I resent the service books again from Online and it seemed to resolved the issue.

I still have Two Media Net options but I am not concerned.

Thanks
