Red face Need body for my 9530

Please Login to Remove!

My BB storm 9530 got thrown out of the car at 70mph (dont ask how). Fortunately, it was in a strong leather case which saved the phone. The case is all torn and the body of the phone is severely scratched but the phone still works fine and there is not a single scratch on the screen (unbelievable but true). I am trying to find a place where i can get a new body for the phone. I believe they are available but dont know where. I tried to google but couldnt find anything. All I can find are covers, cases, holsters and skins. Need help. Anyone know of an online store where i can buy one. Thanks

LOL!

Reminds my of a story with my old slider (a phone I REALLY loved). I was in a spirited conversation with the ex-wife (we are still friends). After handily proving my point she got red faced and quiet. I jokingly told her not to be angry when I was right. Then she let loose a laugh and I thought things were fine. Then she casually picked up my slider and tossed it out of the window. Then it was my turn to be red faced. I circled the block and located my phone laying in a bed of cedar chips. The case had a few nicks and scratches by the phone was fine and still running like a top.

We joked about it and later pulled in a restaurant for lunch. After entering the restaurant I told her I needed to run back to the car to get something I forgot. As I drove away it was her turn to be red faced again....

apparently my phone is evil and i receive too many calls even during an argument. I'm just glad it wasn't me thrown out of the window. Anyways i found out that if you google the words "cover" or "case" or "body" you end up with websites selling skins and pouches for the device. The magic word is "housing". I found many "Housings" on e bay with a price tag ranging between $40 to $100. They claim that these are original OEM. Is it safe to buy from them

There is no Blackberry Service Center.
Go to http://cnn.cn , and you will find whatever you need. You will also find videos on how to change the case cover or any other parts.

Does it really matter if Vodafone is written on it? At least it will be new looking.
