These warnings are being cause by 5 BOLD users. We are testing these new devices and seeing the warnings since we began the testing.

No one has the slightest idea?

I'll take a stab - what version of BES are you running - is it older than the bold?

It is older then the bold and I'm certain I need to upgrade. I believe we are using 4.1.4.15.

Yes I have updated the device .xml

I have found nothing on this warning. Its hardly critical, its just monitoring picks it up and its becoming a pain.

I think you'll probably find it goes away after you upgrade.

Hi there, we've got the same issue.

We're running the exact same version of BES, and these warnings have started since a user activated with a new BOLD last week.

Did you try an upgrade - and if so, did it fix your problem?

Cheers

Wirelessly posted (Bold 9000 (AT&T))

Seems like the resolution is to update the device and vendor xml files. Now if someone could only tell us how to do that.

For the BES to support the phone.

These files are placed on the BES.
