Default User unable to send mail within domain from Blackberry (Critical Issue)

Please Login to Remove!

Dear All,

We are facing a big issue with Blackberry from last 15 days. issue is blackberry users not able to send mail within the domain each other users , for example.

[email address] not able to send mail to same domain user [email address] through blackberry. but [email address] can send mail to other domain user like gmail.com yahoo.com privatedomain.com etc. user can also send mail to another domain on same server through blackberry.

before 15days every user were able to send/receiving mail each other without any problem, we have also checked on server logs and found users were sending mail to each other until 13th of Nov 2010 after that they user was getting problem.

as per server logs we found blackberry server was using the address
srs.bis.eu.blackberry.com until 13th of Nov after that they have changed the server address to srs.bis7.eu.blackberry.com and users are getting problem.

can you any one give me the solution for resolve this issue.

Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

Regards
Ranjan

Are your users using BIS or BES?

Please be patient. We are all volunteers here. You have to wait until someone with the proper expertise comes along. I moved it to this section so it would get better visibility. It appears that you waited 15 or so days before you posted here.

I believe this is a matter you need to take up with your carrier. I had similar issue and turned out to be a glitch in the carrier's BIS that needed to be sorted between the carrier themselves and RIM

The solution is for you to speak to your provider?

This is a privately owned forum, staffed by volunteers. We are not associated with Research in Motion, and simply try to help.

Are you using a Corporate BES? How do the employees receive their e-mail?

If you read the posts and read your own post you will see the answer to your issue

you stated
"as per server logs we found blackberry server was using the address
srs.bis.eu.blackberry.com until 13th of Nov after that they have changed the server address to srs.bis7.eu.blackberry.com and users are getting problem."

Your carrier changed the server then the problem started.
you need to call them with this problem.

Oh yes, I forgot to add Wow!!
