Have done a search in the forums and was unable to find the issue we are having.

When we set up a Blackberry z10 on the Bes10 server, the work contacts are populating over onto the personal contacts app.

I have tried setting various polices however nothing seems to keep work contacts from moving into the personal balance space.

However if a call comes in while in the personal space the contact name will not show up, seems like part of it is right

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it.

There is a policy specifically for this and it's under \Security\Personal Apps Access to Work Contacts.

When set to allow, you should not see the issue you're seeing. We have it setup to "allow" and don't have this issue with our users.
