When originally posted, the carrier Iusacell placed the download under a "9500" model number.

Since then, it has been corrected to 9530.

OK...I unlocked my 9530, changed to AT&T from Verizon, and updated the new OS, but my browser has disappeared!Along with my email capabilities...

What did I do wrong? Has anyone else experienced this? What's the fix?

brady, after the "transfer" to your desktop, did you double click to install the OS, and did you remove the vendor.xml file?

Default Just can't get .151 to install on 9530???

I've been installing new OS's on this thing every version. For some reason I just can't get DM to see it needs to update it? Removed the vendor.xml and tried via a loader and still nothing. Removed every OS version including .151 from my workstation, rebooted. Pulled the new OS file from another source, walk through the process like I have a number of time successfully but it just won't play update. No error, no problems just goes right on past like no new software is there????? Currently running .148 and HATE IT.....

I was told by a Verizon tech that they are seeing alot of people come in to complain about restarts and 523 errors after this update (me included)...She said that .151 was not approved by Verizon and to downgrade back to .148...Can anyone confirm this? I am downgrading back because I cannot deal with the restarting and the 523 errors.

I have had zero issues with this OS and Verizon. I've been running it for at least 2 weeks, maybe longer.

I installed .151 and it's been "good" except for it freezes about 5 times a day when I try to exit out of programs. I have plenty of memory free so i dont know what the deal is.
