What's the point of having a BB if you don't have the data plan to go with it?

If I didn't know better, I'd have said that was a dc/dc answer.

whitearrow . . . are you saying that you're able to get AOL email on your BB except that you have a tedious process of accessing it? . . . is that via a wi-fi connection? If so, make AOL Mail your browser's homepage, which will bring up the Login page for AOL Webmail. . .
Otherwise, Corey certainly has given you the answer.

I thought you needed a Blackberry data plan to use the built-in browser?

with Wi-fi connection, you do not need BB data plan to browse with built-in browser . . . you just need to tweak the settings, especially the browser emulation (do not use Blackberry)
