Nope. Will cost you 9.95/month after the 'trial'. Use AmazeGPS. Does the same thing and is totally free as well.

You will generally hear arguments for either Garmin Mobile, or TeleNav. Offhand, I prefer Garmin Mobile to TeleNav.
