Pls help my bb q10 after charging complete all of a sudden off refuses to power on when press the power button. Rather when plugged into power outlet it blinks red light and displays blackberry and repeat the process and displays [bb10-0020. I reloaded the os using autoloader still no solution.I hv changed the battery and all the same.
