Do you have a Blackberry data plan? An ordinary/smartphone plan will not work.

And please update your profile to include your cell phone carrier. I know it isn't "blackberry carrier". We need to know that information to help you.

A blackberry dataplan is what you need to get data on the BB, specifically, it gives you the connection to RIM. From our FAQ: What do I need a Data Plan for? - BlackBerryFAQ

Carrier: the company that provides your cellular voice and data services.

I hope you understand that EVERYONE here, even mods, VOLUNTEER their time to help users like you. You have to have some patience in these matters. Also, searching the forums would have answered this question for you as well as you're not the first person to ask this.

If you don't like the help that you have been given, which is the correct answer, then I don't know what we or ANYONE could do for you.

Call your carrier or service provider. The company that you send your payments to.

According to their website, they sell BlackBerry devices, it is in German (which I don't speak nor read) so I can't tell about the dataplans, but I would imaging they would have them if they sold the devices.

You haven't said what steps you have gone through to get the proper BlackBerry Data Plan activated from your phone service provider.

What have you done?

It is not a phone; it has a phone.

Whatever you get next, get something your mobile service provider supports.

Thinking it was just another phone is the source of your problem. Not understanding that is the reason you are still blaming the device instead of recognizing your mistake. My advice is do your homework before your next smartphone purchase.
