Default App Refund

Please Login to Remove!

I am a developer and am just wondering if anyone knows the refund policy on apps. Is there anyway a customer of mine can get a refund if an app doesn't work on his handheld. I thoroughly test my apps however I've had one customer that had a problem getting an app to work on his handheld and I had another customer that downloaded the wrong version of my app by accident. Can these customers get refunds?

Where did the customer purchase the app? Can't you just refund him?

I am echoing J Sanders. Thats up to the developer. You can credit the pay pal acct if one exists

Sorry for the super slow reply but I've been away. Every response to my question seems to point toward me issueing a refund. When I sell an app I only recieve a portion of the paid price so I would lose money if I refunded a customer. Also I have no record of who purchased the app and therefore could be refunding someone who didn't even purchase the app. I'm speaking of the Blackberry app store by the way.
