Exclamation Sync with Time Matters 9.0

Please Login to Remove!

I need to sync my boss's phone with Time Matters (case management system). He's done it before but this time the calendar is not showing up on the phone. Any suggestions? I really have no clue what I am doing. I am not smart phone savvy. Thanks.

Hi!

I am actually a Time Mattes CIC. On newer blackberry's the Lexis Nexis applications will sometimes hide themselves in the "downloads" folder. You can move them out of there. Let me know if that works.

Alternatively in TM you could use the File-Sync-Outlook to sync TM to Outlook and then use the built in calendar on his blackberry to view his calendar items. I recommend trying to keep the number of months your syncing to the smallest range you can. I also recommend not letting the sync remove items from TM (as a precaution).

Default Blackberry Synchronization

I had configured my blackberry to synch with my timematters. It worked great and I love it. However, I have moved my office and thus my tm database and now it will not let me synch. TM tells me that my blackberry has been configured using a different data directory. But, neither the Blackberry nor Time matters will let me change it. What do I do?!
