Webclient not receiving messages on handheld

Since the change on October 3rd with the Webclient I have not been able to receive emails from the email address previously set up. I can still send email when I select webclient as the sending email address. The reason I want Webclient as the way to receive my messages is so that I can file them as I could before Oct 3rd. Currently when I receive an email (set up using the new method) I can't file them. I can only delete them from my mailbox/handheld. I have the service book for Webclient. I can't find anywhere in which I can edit the webclient information. Any help would be appreciated.
