1st. When I go through the setup wizard and I select email setup only enterprise email is setup, i need to setup a standard Gmail or yahoo account and theres no where to do? any ideas??

2nd. I can't seem to find any browser to go to the internet? any ideas where it is?

1. Next to the setup wizard icon, u should see the Email Settings icon..that's where u can setup ur email.

2. Send your service books in Email Settings and u should get your browser icon.

Problem is though, when I click setup button in the menu the only thing that is there is Setup Wizard and Bluetooth setup, no other options??

No there is nothing there at all.
This is what I do and what i see..
1. I push the menu button
2. I push the setup key
3. I only see Setup Wizard and Bluetooth Setup
4. So i push setup wizard and go to email but it only says " I want to use an Enterprise email with password" thats the only option available
..
Keep in mind, this is a Sprint Blackberry Tour that I unlocked and I am using it with AT&T.. But that shouldnt be the issue at least my calls and text work fine.

Then i read about going to Options>host routing table>menu>register now.. but when I do that still nothing happens???

are these problems happening because it is unlocked or because its on AT&T ??

Do u have hidden icons...I find it hard to believe you don't have a "Email Settings" icon...if not..if you go through the Setup wizard...towards the end there should be an option that says , "Email Setup"....

nope its not there, I'm just going to sell it.. I bought it off ebay for 475.. I'm going to try to sell it for 350.. is that a good deal?

Idk u tell me...u bought for 475 and selling it for 350...seems like a loss no?...anyways..hey bro...there's a nationwide outage for ATT, Tmo, and VZW so trying to do anything email right now won't work...I was gonna walk you through it right now but I can't even do it myself...will report back to try and help you again...(350 either way is still good if the Tour is unlocked by the way)

yeah, I'm just going to hang on to it for a while and maybe it will work for me later, Its just really stressing me out because I figured it wouldnt be this complicated but oh well. I'll keep my eyes open

To the OP, it sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan properly set up (evidenced by the fact that you don't have the Personal Email Setup option). Call your carrier to get the proper data plan set up.

Good call. I'm over here assuming he has internet AND email and I didn't even ask him that,,,after all, it is... A Blackberry... ;)
