Default Help Me Please

hi i have a blackberry storm 2 i haven't had it for long but when i try to open the camera it comes up with a message saying close other application but there are non open i have tried resetting the phone and still no look and ideas

How did you reset it? Have you tried a battery pull yet? Take the battery out while the phone's still on... and put it back in after a minute. This handy trick resolves weird issues.

Have a look at the camera and check to see if it is properly centered where it sits. This issue is largely due to a hardware problem. I wouldn't suggest you try to re-align it if it is not align in the center.

Another thing you might want to try is wiping the handheld but before attempting any wipe make sure you back up your data first.

Take the back cover off and press the camera down. Dropping it or jarring it can cause the lens to become mis-aligned and a gentle but firm push can often put it back in place. I've heard of this helping lots of folks on different models.
