Help Please!!!Verizon 7130e 507 error, can't DL OS.

I have an 7130e with Verizon and last night I attempted to sync and now I am getting a 507 message.. I have tried everything and I am able to get my desktop manager to see the phone but it almost seems it keeps getting hung up on a password???? It has no problem connecting to the phone and showing what I need but then when it is time to install it tries to reconnect and it comes back with an error…
any help would be wonderful I am lost without my phone..
