Just tried Weathereye on my Bold. Seems ok except that it does not have anywhere near me. Closest place is over 120 miles away from me.

That's the only downfall to WeatherEye, I would try WeatherBug Direct.

For the last several days, WeatherEye has told me Sorry, Data Unavailable when I try to get the long term forecast. Current works. Short term works. Anyone else encountering this?

Not now. But I have. Sometimes for several days at a time. Doesn't happen often.

Weather Push would not find any city close enough to me, I never tried BBWeather, so I've been using Weather Bug Direct. I installed WeatherEye earlier and the application is very nicely done, it looks a lot nicer then weather bug, but the one thing I like about weather bug is the weather alerts I get pushed, WeatherEye can only get updates every half hour (min).

I'm am gonna keep WeatherEye for a few days to compare. Even though WeatherEye looks really nice it doesn't have all the functions of Weatherbug (weather alerts, 2 home screen icons for temp and outside weather, etc). Just my opinion.
what do you mean by this; Weatherbug (weather alerts, 2 home screen icons for temp and outside weather, etc).

I only have 1 icon on home screen

Go into the Options -> Weatherbug and go into the weatherbug extensions in their you will have an option to install a second home screen icon for the forecast.

I don't see this at all - sorry!

Where in options>?

All I see under weather bug is preferences and there isn't any second icon setting.

I am on weather bug free 1.0325
thanks

You may want to update your version of WeatherBug.

The free version that I know of, is Weather Bug Direct and it is at version 0.9.6.6
