Profile> go down> Advanced> click on profile you want to edit & scroll down to SMS Text.

My question is how do you change your alert on text when the phone is in the holster it still beeps in the holster then plays a media file when it is out of the holster

When you change your settings in profile there is a section for holster and out of holster.
