Default Does BES support DNS Aliasing?

bit of a weird question but cut a long story short, we have merged with an overseas company and they a designing a Blackberry solution. The wont have SQL clustering (like we have already) and want to know if BES supports DNS aliasing?? I cant find anything re BES being able to do this... Cheers.

If you mean using CNAME's for SQL and specifying the CNAME as database server in BES, yes it does.

We're using it on our BES servers and all we needed to do is running BES configuration to re-assign the database to let it point to the CNAME (alias) io hostname.
