I don't think it's available other than OTA... if the no BB data plan is the issue, how do you plan to use the app without a BB data plan?

Dear all,

I bought Storm 9530 unlocked from Ebay and all services are worked fine except the GPS (i assume) coz when I download the Google Maps 3.2 it seems that my locations features is not works, it always saying "your current location is unavailble" or "your GPS is unavailable".

I already uninstalled the VZ navigator which I assumed will not work with my cellular provider/carriers coz I'm using the STORM not in USA.

I checked the GPS setting through Options > Advance Options > GPS and under the GPS Services there are two options Location On and E911 Only. I don't know what the different and already try both of them. In my home screen menu under 3G bb logo there is a circle with + logo (looks like compass) and when I chose Location On it show )))) logo on the left of compass logo.

Need info on this. Thank

I've installed ver 3.2.1 on my T-Mobile 8320 and am having the same problem as other people mentioned having with earlier versions. The phone is paired to a freedom keychain gps, satellites found, location on, permissions on, all that, but when I go into Google Maps my location is off by a mile or so. Does anyone have the url to download the link so that My Location will work accurately with this latest version of Google Maps?

I'm using version 3.2.1 on my Blackberry Bold 9700. It seems to work okay except that I can't seem to log in with you Google account. When I select "Sign In" and enter my credentials, I get a "Login failed".

I know that I'm entering the correct login creditials since I'm using the same thing for the Gmail application, the Google Voice application, the Google Sync application, and the Google Talk application.

Is anyone able to log in? Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

Are you entering your username as the complete email you signed up with? Like "joeuser@gmail.com" or "john.doe@hotmail.com"?

Otherwise I'd say you're entering something in your password incorrectly, the login failed indicates it is contacting the server and rejecting the credentials.

I've entered it as "first.last@gmail.com" as well as "first.last" and both times, it would say "Login Failed".

I also tried a different Google/Gmail account (with a different password) and it still fails.

My password is correct since I'm using the same password for the Google Voice application, the Google Talk application, and the Gmail application.
