I have installed BES 10.1 trial version successfully but facing 2 problems:

1 : Blackberry secure connect service does not start ? - checked kb article 34475.

2 : APN certification test connection status failed ? - proper import certificates and proper assigned access to authenticate user.

Please help. Kindly suggest any solution.

There is currently no resolution for that error. Previous installation detected and it says to contact BlackBerry Technical Support.

APN - Can you not view/post the logs to see what type of error you are getting? That may help.
