Try these:

BlackBerry Search Results

BlackBerry Search Results

Also, double check permissions as well. That could also be an issue.

this could be your answer when all others options failed...

one of our customers had the same problem and the more obvious resolutions didn't work

Thanks fo rall the help. I did folow the instuctions on setting up a new user but ran into some interesting problems. My new besadmin account can not open any of the mailbox's on the exchange 2007 SP1 server. I did give him admin view only access then the adpermissions of GenericRead, GenericWrite extendedrights send-as, receive-as and ms-exch-store-admin. I did try to use outlok and login to these accounts with the new user account but could not access the mailbox. This is a single store cluster and was wondering if there is anything else needs to be done.

You may be giving the besadmin account too many permissions.. I ran into an issue recently where our calendars stopped syncing.. the culprit was that there were a few extra permissions set.. the only ones that should be set are sendas/receiveas and administer information store.. at least once we removed the others, calendars started syncing..

b121262,

Log as a regular user and check if you are able to see the "Global Address List" or at least if BesAdmin can check the users in this list.

I ran into the the same problem and it was because I was trying to deny access to certain users to the "Global Address List" I end up block BesAdmin to the "Global Address List", as soon as add the right access to BesAdmin Account eveything start working find, I just solve this now without the KB from Microsoft. Just give a try
