we want to set up a system to let blackberry users to print email and attachments to a networker printer in each conference room. the problem is that we don't want to put any add-on on blackberry handhelds. And it will be heavy use for internal and external users. I tried a software Auto Print Email from Namtuk. The software uses POP3 to pull a mailbox then print to a specific printer according to its filter. Of course, you need to install software such as MS Office on the server and set up printers. It works fine with one big proble. APE has to restore any non-default printer it used to default at specified delay, such as 0 or 5 seconds. with heavy usage it could cause a print job to somewhere else if the delay is too long.

Can someone provide an alternative or better software?

did you try beamberry??? requires bluetooth though => BeamBerry - View, Print, Store BlackBerry e-mail attachments

looked at BeamBerry. only a few BB have bluetooth in our company so it's not a option. Plus, need bluetooth printers too.
