Hi Friends:

I used my BB 7100t since 2005 and it works really well. Lately, there is a trouble with the device and it turn out that, the software crashed. I downloaded ROM v4.1.0.377 to update. After up rom, all functions work very well unless - i could never be able to turn my BB on when i shut it down. The only way i can turn it on is to uninstall batteries and install the betteries again.

Is this a Hardward trouble or could be fixed by another software version?
