Hello, is there anyone in this forum ever experience self restart, just like you just pull off the battery. My 9360 often restart itself. I have tried to reinstall the os 7.0.0.319, but it keep happens to my bb.
Please if there any solution. Thanks.

Which device do you really have? The title says 9360, your profile says 9630, and you started 3 separate threads. Your other threads have been deleted, as we do not allow multiple threads/posts with the same problem.

What did you do to the device just before this happened?

You may need to wipe it with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the original OS that it shipped with.

Thanks for your help, I'll try to do your suggestion. I use bb9360 Apollo, it was my mistake when I was registering in this forum. As far as I know, this is my first thread and never make another thread with this problem. Sorry for the inconvinience. Regards.

First, my bb run smoothly. When I installed alkitabku from appworld, it started with the problem. I had return this bb to the seller, and make them reinstalled the os. Unfortunately, the problem still happened. Usually when I use browser. Thanks.
