Default charging problem on storm1

Can a particular themes disturb handheld from charging? I was previously using precission zen stock theme when I can't for a day charge my phone with charger, I think that now that I have apply a downloaded theme from bbw, its obviously charging now, but the battery hasn't increase..... I will be back with full result

A battery pull (while running but not charging) for 30 seconds might clear it up.

Have done that and it still stop and later resume back to charge for a minute.... Any other idea?

i also have a problem with the charging... if i charged my phone from zero, it doesnt start after an hour ago, and when it does, the lightning appears but it doesnt charge... so i charge the battery with another phone like a 50%, put it back in the storm to continue charging... it gets to 65% and nothing else, stays right there, and the lightning stills showing... i already changed the battery, charger and the sw of the phone.

I have original blackberry cgarger, but it is 1000mah. Does that matter?
