Hi guys my partner bought a Blackberry in June this year which she had problems with the screen, it was sent back to blackberry and 31 days later she had a replacement handset, on Thursday this week all of a sudden all of the functions, calls, texts etc stopped working, she can still access apps such as facebook and access emails however, She rang orange her phone provider and they informed her that the EMEI number had been reported as stolen, well obviously we never reported it stolen as it wasn't orange say there is nothing they can do, Blackberry say there is nothing they can do and dial a phone also say the same, so now she has a phone that doesnt work and still has to pay a bill as well!! Any contact numbers would be gretfully appreciated as she is really stressing about this, many thanks Steve, oh by the way we live in the uk

You need to go back to the company who replaced the phone. You did not receive a new phone. Most carriers simply replace it with a referb. You need to be a bit stronger with the carrier and Dial-a-Phone
