Was having problem with both "Publish Application to MDSS" and "Push Application to Device", but turns out my firewall is blocking port 17080. Opened the port and "Publish Applicatio to MDSS" is checked, however, "Push Applicaiton to Device" is still failing. Please HELP!

I'm having the same issue and have tried reinstalling without any luck...has anyone else had the same problem and managed to work out what's failing?

Two things I've seen: 1) A BbDevMgr process is running from a simulator that has to get killed first, and 2) internal library change in your code requiring you first to delete it from the device using JavaLoader.exe.

I'm doing my dev. on Eclipse tho so YMMV.
