i backup my BBGroupe before updates when i try restore the BBGroupe the BIS ACCOUNT DATA in grey coloured i cant restore it why this happen ?? and how i fix my problemmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm to restore my BBGruope

sir i backup my BB Groups using Backup/Restore > Advanced before i upgrade my OS then after fone is upgraded i try restore ipd file which has my BB Groups i cant restore the BIS ACCOUT DATA coz its in gred colored same as disabled why i dont know
