I have a Tour user that ever since upgrading, his clock when the unit is locked is not updating. I believe some of the other notifications, like SMS aren't updating either. It beeps or vibrates depending on his selected profile, but the indicator doesn't change. When he unlocks, the clock etc update. He still has this on the latest platform and he's done several battery pulls.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've had this from time to time too. If it changes when he unlocks, I wouldn't be too concerned. I deal with it

I wish all my users were as easy going. I may just need to suggest downgrading.

Or tell your user that they make these things you wear on your wrist. It's called a watch.

I have the same problem. I didn't notice it on previous versions of 5, I have noticed on the 5.0.0.591. I would tell them, that its a security attribute so you know when the BB was locked. So you know if someone was tampering with the BB.
