Every time I have my Bluetooth active on my laptop (regardless of whether or not it is connected to my phone), my phone will popup the error message "Supplementary Service Error: Unexpected Data Value."

Have a Blackberry 9700 but it happened on my Blackberry 8310 before.
On the phone: Microedition Bluetooth Verision: 1.1

Laptop software is:
Bluetooth AV Remote Control Target v. 6.2.1.200
Dell Truemobile 355 Bluetooth + EDR v. 6.1.7600.16385
Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator v. 6.1.76000.16385
