One of our BlackBerry users has the 7130e BB. His Email Reconciliation option for "Delete On" has always been "Handheld & Mailbox." However, this option has reset itself twice now to just "Handheld."
Any ideas?

We're getting the same thing on LOTS of our 7290's and 8700's. Most are on a 4.1.x OS, but a couple were still on 4.0.2.x. The only major change in our environment is the BES 4.1.1 upgrade. GroupWise backend. Very strange and annoying
